I have a fanboi squee for many of the things Miss Day has done. This is exceptional, given the talent she drew together for an hour of conversation on a subject I find critically important for writing:

Interesting side note: I have met and had fun conversations with Scalzi and Rothfuss, both of whom are exceptionally smart gentlemen who remain approachable despite fame and a great deal of success in their fields.
