The cadence is hard to keep when trying to insert thoughts and actions through the dialogue. It is even harder to keep it lean and without digressions into info-dumps the reader doesn't appreciate.<br /><br />Hence, the reason I don't explain why Venkman knows the LT can't talk to Baptiste.
